As a Portfolio Manager for 32+ years, Al has provided thorough risk-managed personal investment advice over multiple boom/bust financial risk asset cycles.
A proud native Oklahoman, Al began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1993 after graduating Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Business Finance from the Meinders School of Business at Oklahoma City University. Al is a former Governor’s appointee to the Oklahoma Linked Deposit Review Board and a proud Mount Saint Mary Rocket. Al is also a decorated United States active-duty veteran, who, as his Army Commendation medal states, “took care of soldiers.”
Al also writes and directs movies, which have won awards at film festivals statewide and worldwide. His wife, Brandi, is a financial Comptroller and Chief of Staff for Oklahoma County and in 2024 was Chair of the Board of Directors of the South Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce. They can often be spotted together on their acreage enjoying the deer, Rodney the Roadrunner, and the occasional bald eagle.
